Nothing gets replaced. On every plan, the assistant connects to your email, calendar and files through the vendor's own integrations (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). On AI Professional and AI Ultimate, we also connect it to your business systems, such as Xero, MYOB or ServiceM8, and to other job-management tools where they offer an integration.

Questions tradies ask
I'm not good with computers. Will I actually use it?
If you can send a text message, you can use it. We set it up on your phone, show you the handful of requests that save you the most time, and write them down so you can repeat them.
Is it safe to put customer details into it?
On a business plan, set up properly, the vendor does not use your data to train its models, and you control who can see what. That is the part we set up. The free personal versions are a different matter, which is why we move you off them.
Claude or ChatGPT: which is better for a tradie?
Both do the paperwork well. We compare them against your team size, the tools you use and your budget on the free call, and set up the one that fits. Our Claude vs ChatGPT guide explains the differences.
How much is the licence on top of your fee?
Business plans from both vendors cost roughly A$28–A$43 per person per month for standard seats, depending on the vendor and on monthly or annual billing (as listed on their Australian pricing pages when we last checked). The vendor bills you directly, so you own the account and can keep it without us.
Do I need a website from you to use this?
No. AI setup is a separate service. You can start with either and add the other later.
