Worked example

The 9pm quote, done at 9am.

Take a crew of 5 on AI Professional. If each saves 2 hours a week on quotes, emails, reports and admin, at $50 an hour that is about $500 a week. The $4,900 setup pays for itself in about 10 weeks; after that the saving is yours, less the licences.

AI Essential is paid on completion. AI Professional and Ultimate: 50% to start, 50% at handover. AI Care is monthly.

Pricing questions

What will the AI licences cost us?

It depends on the vendor, the plan and the number of people. Business plans are billed per person per month by Anthropic or OpenAI. We give you the current figures for your team during the discovery call, before you commit to anything.

What if we have more people than the plan includes?

Each additional person is a fixed setup fee on top of the plan: $450 on AI Essential, $1,000 on AI Professional and $1,500 on AI Ultimate. An 8-person team on AI Professional, for example, is $4,900 plus 3 × $1,000. On AI Ultimate, 3 roles are included and each extra role is $1,200.

What does "integration endpoints configured" mean?

We connect the AI assistant to a system it does not reach out of the box, such as your accounting, CRM or job management software, by configuring that system's connector or API endpoint and the permissions around it. The assistant then gets the least access the task needs, usually read-only. Building a connector from scratch for a system that has no API is quoted separately.

What happens during the maintenance weeks?

One hour a week, for five weeks after launch, to fix what is not working, answer questions, adjust permissions and integrations, and on AI Ultimate, tune the skills based on how people actually use them. Unused hours do not roll over.

Can we start with AI Essential and upgrade later?

Yes. When you move up a plan, you pay the difference between the two plans, and nothing already set up is redone.

Is AI Care a contract?

No. It is billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. Unused hours do not roll over, and hours beyond the two included are billed at our standard rate only when you ask for them.
