A written proposal
After the call: what we would do, what we would not, the fixed price or estimate, and how we would measure the result.

The work
Small, reviewable steps with regular updates. You see progress in your own systems, not in a slide deck.
- Step 4
Handover
Tests, documents and a walkthrough, so your team can carry on without us. Optional support if you want it.
Where we work
We are based in Cronulla, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, and work with clients across Australia. Most engagements run remotely; workshops, mentoring sessions and AI training can be held in person in Sydney.
