Questions we hear most
Do we need to be technical to use this?
No. We do the technical setup, and the training session is built around your own work, not the technology. If someone can write an email, they can use a well-configured AI assistant.
Is the licence included in the price?
No. Our fee covers the setup work. The Claude or ChatGPT business licences are billed by the vendor directly to your business, so you own the account and can keep it without us.
Will our data be used to train the AI?
We only set up business plans whose commercial terms exclude your data from model training by default, and we show you where the vendor states it. See our security and privacy page for details.
Can the AI connect to our accounting, CRM or job management software?
Often, yes. Built-in connectors cover common tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack. For systems like Xero, MYOB, HubSpot or ServiceM8, the AI Professional and Ultimate plans include configuration of integration endpoints, with read-only access unless you ask for more.
What if we have more people than the plan covers?
Each plan includes setup for a number of people (1–5 on every plan). Each additional person is a fixed fee, from $450, so a larger team does not need a bigger plan than its work requires.
